Apple Service and Repairs Update

Since the closure of Next Byte in early 2016, Vita Enterprise Solutions has maintained an Apple service and repair capability to help support your business as a customer of the Vita Group.

Due to a low demand for this service, it’s no longer viable for us to continue maintaining our Apple repair centre accreditation. As such, we are no longer an Apple repair centre, as of July 31, 2016. No repairs will be accepted from Friday 8 July, 2016 for any new Apple computers (i.e. laptops and desktops).

Our iPhone and iPad repair service solutions are not impacted by this change, and as an Apple ACN partner, we will continue to sell Apple products and provide support services through AppleCare.

If you have a future need for hardware repairs, we recommend using Apple’s service website to identify partners that Apple trusts to fulfil this need.

If you have a repair request for an iPhone, iPad, or other phone or tablet device, click here to be redirected to a Vita Enterprise Solutions webform, where you can lodge your repair request. You shouldn’t see any changes to the service turnaround that you currently experience.
