TIPT Phones and Telstra Telephony Toolbar Training

This session provides a practical awareness of the new TIPT system, a look at terminology and functionalities of the any of the Telstra IP phones and the Telstra Telephony Toolbar. Phone features and the Call Control and Services toolbar features are covered in this session. Users will feel confident in the use of these applications post training.

TIPT UC-One training

This session provides a practical awareness of the TIPT UC-One application. The session provides a look at terminology and functionalities of the TIPT UC One desktop, mobile and tablet clients including making and receiving voice or video calls, chat, presence, desktop share, transferring files, My Room and ensures users are confident in the use of UC-One.

TIPT Call Centre training

This session provides a practical awareness of the TIPT Call Centre application. The session provides a look at terminology and functionalities of the TIPT Call Centre including Agent and Supervisor features and Reporting.
1hr face to face or webinar

TIPT miReception training

This is a hands-on session for reception staff and explains all the features of the miReception client; making, transferring and receiving calls, conference calls and presence.
2hrs face to face or webinar

TIPT Customer Group Administrator training

Delivers a practical awareness of what a TIPT administrator needs to know; with a deep dive into changing passwords, setting up new users, configuring call centres, hunt groups, schedules and shared call appearance.
4hrs face to face or webinar

Customer documentation

Quick reference guides, train the trainer packs, FAQ and trouble-shooting guides, course outlines, customised user friendly manuals and ‘how to’ videos, based on your organisations’ operational scenarios, customer branded and in your style guidelines. We will script, voice over, create videos and provide in MP4 format so that your users can access training when they need it and you own the content.
E-format guides and 2.5 minute ‘how to’ videos. Longer formats available.

Training session guidelines

  • 1-1.5 hours for user familiarisation training – e.g. handset, UC-One, 
Call centre Agent and Supervisor. 

  • 2-3 hours for power users, ‘Champion’ training. 

  • 1-4 hours for internal team training. 


Recommended participants

  • A maximum of 10 participants for classroom, face to face training 
sessions.
  • A maximum of 4 sites with 6 participants per site attending video conferencing training, either face to face or via video conference.
