Go-Live Support

Vita Enterprise Solutions can provide Go-Live support to assist customers with transitioning to a new phone system, either on-site or remotely.

ON-SITE TIPT Training Services

  • Phone reconfiguration and activation
  • Demonstration/refresh of user functions covered in training. This is usually restricted to more complex functions (e.g. line functions between Executives and EA’s and multiple line configurations etc.)
  • Perform all TIPT Customer Group Administrator (CGA) functions available in the TIPT portal including:
    • User profile updates/modifications (name changes, messaging services, call diversions, password reset, etc.)
    • Group updates/modifications (pickup groups, hunt groups, etc.)
    • Call flow adjustments (hunt groups, auto attendants, after hours schedules, etc.)
    • Troubleshooting of device registration issues and functionality
  • Liaise with Telstra for any additional user packs or service adjustments that are required through Telstra provisioning
  • Discuss and offer advice on phone routines and procedures that may not function as expected or have been confused in configuration.

REMOTE TIPT Support

  • Perform all TIPT Customer Group Administrator (CGA) functions available in the TIPT portal including but not limited to:
    • User profile updates/modifications (name changes, messaging services, call diversions, password reset, etc.)
    • Group updates/modifications (pickup groups, hunt groups, etc.)
    • Call flow adjustments (hunt groups, auto attendants, after hours schedules, etc.)
